Effective date: May 1, 2026. This policy describes how account deletion and data deletion requests are handled for Ommify.
To request permanent deletion of your account and workspace data, email marketing@ommify.com from your registered email address with subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:
Upon verification, we will permanently delete or anonymize (where deletion is not technically feasible) customer data associated with your workspace, including contacts, message logs stored by Ommify, templates, tags, and related metadata.
Certain records may be retained for a limited period as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution obligations. Retained data is restricted and used only for those purposes.
Some WhatsApp/Meta data is controlled by Meta/WhatsApp systems. Deleting your Ommify workspace does not guarantee deletion of data held by Meta/WhatsApp or telecom providers. We will delete data under our control and assist with guidance where possible.
Standard deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time after verification. Complex requests may take longer.
