This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be issued for Ommify subscriptions and add-ons.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written order form, fees paid for subscriptions, onboarding, and usage are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Trial eligibility may be limited to first-time customers.
Refund exceptions (if any) are handled case-by-case for duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or proven technical issues that prevent use of core features, subject to verification.
Certain WhatsApp/Meta fees (including conversation or messaging fees) may be charged by Meta or telecom providers. Such third-party fees are not refundable by Ommify.
